River House

This project is the personification of our philosophy, which we are developing. It was he who gave us an understanding of what private architecture can be: unusual and cozy. The villa on the river, located on the first line of water, has an unusual structure. Each visible volume is an independent unit: a master bedroom, a nursery, a guest room, a kitchen, a garage - together, under one large roof, which forms a holistic image, they define the outer boundary of the house. The inner boundary is the living room, which does not have its own walls: if you open all the windows in the rooms around the perimeter, the living room turns into a covered courtyard. In the center of this patio is a tall fireplace with a staircase leading to the second floor.
