Private villa for a family of four in a residential area in the city of Tromsø. The site slopes steeply from the access road and faces a panoramic view across the sea to the islands west of Tromsø. Neighbours on both sides and a focus on privacy combined with panoramic views formed the conceptual design. The house is accessed through an entrance and garage which forms a suspended bridge between the main body of the house and the access road. The access on the upper floor leads into an open space living room, dining room and kitchen with a large fireplace and the wooden slats in the roof extends out to the terraces.
