Yan'an is an important birthplace of Chinese culture, in which Baota Mountain is one of the most important tourist attractions. Built in the Tang Dynasty (A.C. 618-907), Baota Tower is a significant historical and cultural heritage in China. Due to historical reasons and natural disasters, the ecological environment of the original scenic spot had been damaged, threatening the safety and security of architectural heritage and the local people. For further sustainable development, it’s necessary to improve infrastructure and other service functions and build the tourist service center, and meanwhile to solve various issues.
