In terms of transportation planning, the project will eliminate through-traffic roads, implement a separation of pedestrians and vehicles, and integrate the road canopy greenway with an invisible fire lane, creating an integrated design. At the same time, it will combine the current situation to build an aerial corridor, forming a people-oriented three-dimensional transportation system.

In the overall layout, the arrangement of the block goes from sparse to dense from the riverside interface to the rear buildings. Specifically, the large shopping mall on the rear side will be considered as an integrated environment, combining the ground-level shops to create a vibrant commercial atmosphere. Buildings with a good view of the river will be arranged in a clustered manner along the riverside interface, with appropriate individual volumes, transparent facades that blend into the environment, and eaves that are both inside and outside, with modern and simple material construction.

At the same time, in the landscape design, the current retaining walls and service rooms will be transformed in an integrated manner to form continuous ramps and outdoor seating areas, combining with boardwalks and landscape grand staircases to enhance the vertical connection between the pedestrian street and the park. Based on the characteristics of the site, the needs of the crowd, and the design theme, a reasonable functional division will be made to create a variety of functional spaces such as a riverside stage, a forest sports field, a slope playground, and a pump track playground, meeting the needs of all ages and creating a vibrant scene. At the same time, relying on the commercial vitality axis, it will guide with characteristic paving ribbons, fine plant matching, the commercial continuation of outdoor seating spaces, and create an ecological riverside leisure and fashion commercial street through various landscape nodes such as an interactive lighting platform and a dry spray plaza.
