The LARKI B2B SaaS and data platform uses AI to combine 3D laser scanned point clouds (LiDAR) captured from planes, drones, tripods and cars; then converts to Building & Neighbourhood Information Models (BIM/NIM) - to remove requests for information and rework in the architectural design, authority approval and building processes. 3D Data in LARKI's database can be up to 300,000x better resolution than traditional 2D surveys, 8x cheaper starting at hundreds of dollars, and up to 700x faster to acquire in minutes.
