Q-Mobile

Developed by Landmark Information Group, Q-Mobile is a mobile surveying application designed to facilitate data capture for various valuation reports, including RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports and Single Survey Reports.

This tool replaces traditional paper-based site notes, allowing surveyors to complete property valuation and inspection reports on-site using tablet PCs, smartphones, and other mobile devices.

Currently, Q-Mobile supports the completion of mortgage valuations, private valuations, RICS Level 2 reports (with and without valuation), and the Single Survey..
